Once you have registered the corporation. You can then file business certificates for each particular subdivision you wish. You file a business certificate with the name of the business. You would list the corporation as the proprietor/owner doing business as and the name of the subdivision. Each business would have to have its own certificate and a fee is required for each county that you wish to do business in. For instance if your business were Make Inc. You can then have a business named Make it Mine by filing a business certificate. It is filed with Albany and the fee is dependent on how many counties you wish to do business in.  However, make it clear somewhere that the owner of the company is a corporation so that in the liability remauins with the corporation.
