How canI sue a Canadian citizen for harassment?

I have been getting viruses and harassing emails, phone calls, etc. from a Canadian citizen who was involved with my husband. How do I make this stop, since I did nothing to provoke this?

In this country, everyone has the Constitutional Right to be left alone from unwanted and unjustified contact from a third party. If this Canadian citizen is harassing you, I suggest that you consult with an attorney who has experience in filing petitions for restraining orders about your situation and what can be done.

If this Canadian citizen has made contact with you in the county and state where you reside, your local court house would then have jurisdiction over this Canadian citizen for the possible petition for a restraining order against him or her. A family law attorney would be a good attorney to consult with for filing the petition that is suggested in that such attorney typically has experience in this type of pleadings.
