How canI sue a Canadian citizen for harassment?
I have been getting viruses and harassing emails, phone calls, etc. from a Canadian citizen who was involved with my husband. How do I make this stop, since I did nothing to provoke this?

If this Canadian citizen is harassing you, I suggest that you consult with an attorney who has experience in filing petitions for restraining orders about your situation and what can be done.
