Can I relocate to another state if I’m out on bail?
I’ve never been arrested before and am now awaiting my court date for a felony offense for computer theft. I have a job offer in in another state but unsure weather or not I’m willing to accept it due to what I am facing.

Whether or not you can relocate to another state is entirely up to your bail terms. That having been said, typically out of state moves are not allowed. That having been said, you should hve a criminal defense attorney advise you further on this. One thing is for sure, you don't want to breach a term of your bail agreement.
