Can I get some of my criminal record expunged?
Our client switched to another background check service which uses a point system. Under the old guidelines, I passed the B/G check but now I scored a 5 on their check which is too high for the client’s new standards. Is it possible to get some of my record expunged?

It depends on the state that you were convicted in, what you were convicted of and when you were convicted. Right now, you can google the name of the state in which this occurred and the word "expungment". You can find most of the information that you need online. If you still have questions regarding your eligibility, etc,. contact a criminal law attorney who handles these type of cases and consult with them them directly. They can best advise you further.
