Can I legally force my stepfather to allow that I have regular communication with my little brother?

My older brother did drugs. He killed my mother. I moved with my dad. My stepfather has since then slowly but surely cut communicative access to himself and my little brother from me.

I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney with respect as to how you can have communication with your little brother. My understanding is that under the law, the courts want siblings in the situation that you are in to have communication with each other.

Potentially a petition in the family law court would be in order for you to have contact with your little brother. The key is to see who is the guardian of your little brother.
