Can I appeal a ticket after it has been paid?
Got a driving while suspended without knowledge, was given option to set court date to have thrown out but couldn’t miss work so I paid the ticket instead. It was my 3rd offense which caused me to be a habitual offender and now license will be suspended for 5 years.

No, unfortunately you may not appeal your ticket: paying the ticket is making a guilty plea; you therefore admitted in an official and binding way to the court that you committed the offense and you cannot appeal that admission of guilt.
