If there is no contract to the contrary, no union rules to the contrary, or no professional/trade rules to the contrary (for example, in many states, truck drivers, airplane pilots, and doctors have limits on how many hours they can work in a row), then yes.
If you are an exempt employee (i.e. on a salary, no overtime), they do not need to pay you anything more for it. If they do it often and you are unhappy, your only remedy may be to quit.
If you are a nonexempt employee (i.e. hourly wages, eligible for overtime), they will need to pay you for any extra hours, and may need to pay you overtime as well (though note that overtime is based on total hours worked in the week, not the hours on any one day).
