Can a second conviction be sealed?

I took the option of ARD for my first DUI conviction and it was expunged in Pennsylvania. I have a second conviction for DUI. Can I seal this record? I’m having trouble finding a job. If I can’t seal it can I take it off my record in another way?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. In Pa., there is no expungement for a misdemeanor conviction. For purely sentencing purposes, the DUI statute requires increased penalties for each subsequent DUI ( depending, of course, on the tier ). Therefore,  unlike the ARD disposition which is not a conviction, the 2nd DUI is a conviction and will stay on your record.
