Expunged or sealed arrest records are not available to the public. If it truly was expunged, it was wiped out--it's essentially like it never happened. If it was sealed, there are circumstances in which a government agency or someone getting a court order could access it, but those are very rare--and prospective employers, other than, perhaps, those in the most high-security jobs (like certain government contractors, banks or investment advisors, etc.) would never go to that trouble and cost.
