Your employer can choose to give hair nets or not, even if having such a net is required. The fact is that workers can be required to provide their oown uniforms, equiopment, etc. That is unless a union agreement or employment contract states otherwise.

No, an employer does not need to provide beard nets: they can require employees with beards to provide their own, the same way that employees who must wear workbooks or gloves can be required to furnish their own. The employer may provide the nets but does not have to.
