Is it legal to send my pay stub to a fellow employee by email

My pay roll stub is being emailed to a co-worker. She will print it out when she remembers and hand it to me. Sometimes I get 2 pay stubs at the same time

Your employer is laible for getting your paycheck to you in a timely manner. However, exactly how that occurs behind the scenes is at your company's discretion. If they choose to use this co-worker regarding your paustubs, that is perfectly legal absent an employment contract or union agreement to the contrary.

If it is part of her job to help with payroll, this is legal. An employer can have other employees involved in managing and administering payroll, including printing out and distributing paystubs. Your employer gets to decide who works on payroll, in what capacity.
