Arraignment verses adjudication
I was pulled over on 6/10 for being in the HOV Lane. I was going to pay the fine so I wouldn’t have to go to court on 7/7. When I looked in the court case system to see if it was there, 2 things stood out 1 my name is spelled wrong and 2 it says arraignment instead of adjudication. Do I still pay the fine?

Yes, you definitely have to pay the fine. The law does not invalidate tickets (or, for that matter, criminal summons or civil complaints) due to harmless typos, and what you describe are harmless typos: they do not affect the essential truth or validity of the ticket. If you try to fight on this basis, you will lose.
