Are there any possible conflicts with working a full-time job and remote job?
I want to work a full-time job 9-5 at company A and a remote job at company B. Both are salaried; the companies are not competitors. Do I need to inform either one about having a second job?

As long as there is no specific policy regarding disclosure of outside employment, then you need not notify either company of the other job. That having been said, unless holding a second job is specifically allowed under the terms of a union agreement or employment contract, then you can be ternminated for doing so if either employer ever finds out about the other.
