If you are separated and there is no divorce decree there is no basis for anyone to make any type alimony or real estate orders. the property and alimoney will be dealt with upon the filing of a divorce action. If you and your spouse want to make some kind of deal, that is fine between the two of you, but as far as an entitlement, there is no such thing that I am aware of at this time absent a judicial order.
