If about 10 years ago I was seeing a psychologist and he ended up having intimate relations with me, can I sue him for damages?

It's been too long. You had 1 year to sue him. At most you had 3 years if you can reign him in under medical malpractice. Either way your time has passed. You may want to consult an attorney to find if something happened during the 10 years that tolled the statute of limitation.
