I have been sexually harrassed at a place of business as a consumer, what steps do I need to take to protect myself and my personal information?

While my car was being worked on at a place of business, my personal belongings were gone through and then a person who worked there contacted me stating they took copies of all my pictures from my phone and made sexual remarks towards me. What steps do I need to take to protect myself, personal information (as this person has access to my home address) and ensure they do not try to contact me again?

Legally, you can and probably file a police report and press charges against this person, since what he did is a crime and you want to create a record of this act, for later reference, if necessary; you probably should also seek a protective order against this person

Practically, you should change everything you can: email account, phone numbers, credit cards, any passwords that were on your phone, etc. Anything which this person had access to which you can change, you should. You may wish to also set up credit monitoring (in case there is identify theft) and install additional security measures (e.g. an alarm system).

You may wish to also sue either this person or the business (as the person's employer) for the cost of taking these steps; if you suffer any losses, theft, or damages, you can sue for those, too.

You should speak with an attorney with experience in domestic violence (given the sexual remarks) and/or identify theft (given the possibility of the person using your information for his own benefit) about the various steps you can take.
