If the wrong time was entered on a ticket, can i get out of it?
I got the ticket at 2:20 am but the cop wrote down 3:40 am. I have a picture of when I got the ticket and it is time stamped.

As a genral rule, an "clerical" error such putting down the wrong n time of an infraction on a traffic ticket is not sufficient enough cause to dismiss a case. Such an administrative mistake will be corrected by the court.

No. This would be considered to be simply a "harmless" error--one that does not in any way affect the essential accuracy or validity of the ticket. It is essentially a typo. The courts will not dismiss cases over harmless errors.
