How do I get a criminal record expunged in the state of Pennsylvania?
I have felonies from 2002 and prior. One is Burglary 1 count and Robbery, 1
count. Access device fraud and some misdemeanor retail thefts.

First of all, being a convicted felon does not preclude you from obtaining a passport. In other words, you can get one even if you have been convicted of a felony charge. Additionally, my research suggests that in PA expungments are generally not available for state convictions. Also, federal convictions cannot be expunged.
