What are my rights if my landlord’s daughter entered my apartment without my permission, snooped and then verbally harassed me because she thinks my home is messy?

I spoke to the landlord and she agrees with her daughter and wants to evict me, even though I have made all efforts to clean the home. It is not dirty and I have caused no damage to the home, and she won’t specify what she wants done. Can the landlord evict me if I have cleaned the whole home and her disagreement is with the way I organize my possessions?

Do you have a written lease that is still in effect? If you do, you can only be evicted for violating the terms of the lease. If there is a lease provision about cleanliness or hygiene and she feels you violated it, she can try to evict you, but if you disagree, you'll have an opportunity to oppose the eviction in court the landlord cannot just lock you out or remove your belongings she has to file an eviction action and work through the courts to prevail, the landlord would have to prove that your unit is so unclean as to violate the lease and you can provide your own contrary testimony and evidence e.g. photographs.
If you do not have an in-effect written lease, you would be a month-to-month tenant under an oral lease and your tenancy could be terminated for any reason on 30 days notice just as you could, as a month-to-month tenant, move out on 30 days notice. There is no defense to this sort of eviction, because it is just because the landlord wants to discontinue the tenancy.
