Is it illegal for a company to work it’s employees 6 to 8 hours without any breaks and no lunch?
Also to fire someone for no call no show. Then refuse for 2 weeks past the pay period to give me my check. Even after all the other employees that wrked during the same pay period have already received their checks?

You must be given your paycheck (according to state law) on the day you are terminated for all amounts due or within the next pay period. Further, you are according to federal law allowed a certain amount of time for lunch (off the clock) and on the clock breaks. Check with the Florida labor department to see if it simply follows federal law (Fair Labor Standards Act) or also has its own state statutory provisions.
