Wrongflly transferred to another store with out me putting a transfer in the system
I work at Walmart neighborhood market
and my store manager said that I have to
transfer me out of the store due to
accusations of me and my assistant
manager having something between us. I
spoke to her telling her we were just good
friends and nothing was going on so she
told me on a Friday I was transferring I
told her ok ill leave end ofor following
week end of the new payperiod she said
I’ll let u know with inn 24 hrs she
transferred me with out me putting in a
request. I have no schedule I don’t know
if I kept my same pay or anything?

Unless this transfer violates the terms of an employment contract or union agreement, or constitutes some form of legally actionable discrimination/retaliation (which does not appear to be the case), it is legal. As an "at will" employee, your company can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit. This means that a worker can be transferred, suspended or otherwise disciplined for any reason or no reason at all.
