Wondering if I have a worthy case to pursue.
Yesterday I was terminated based on
false accusations that they did not get
my side of the story, nor did they
investigate the allegations. They
terminated me with these allegations 1
week after I spoke to the president
about concerns I had with a supervisor’s
actions towards me.

Wrongful termination occurs when a worker is fired due to reasons that either violate an employment contract/union agreement or violate the law. As to the latter, no form of legally actionable discrimination can be the reason for the employee's treatment. Otherwise, as an "at will" worker, you could have been discharged for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
