Can I use my married name for 2 weeks after my divorce?

Getting divorced next month. Leaving from the courthouse on a 2-week trip with no time to change the name on my SS card, driver’s license, credit card, etc. to my maiden name (which will be granted back to me the day of the divorce). May I legally continue to use my married name for those 2 weeks until I return home?

Generally speaking, that wording gives you the option to go back to using your maiden name, meaning that you could continue to use your married name if you so choose.  Either would be perfectly legal.  And as long as you do not use another name "with an intent to defraud" then you are fine.  Good luck.
