Will a no contact order be lifted if charges are dismissed?
My girlfriend called the police accusing me of domestic violence. The charges are going to be dismissed if she doesn’t testify against me. Will the no contact order be lifted when the charges are dismissed?

Typically if your domestic violence case has been dismissed, then the bond condition that you have no contact with the victim is no longer in effect as well. I would advise you contact a criminal defense attorney in your area to be certain that this is the case in your State.
