I got in a car accident in the school parking lot. My car was parked when someone tried to park their
car and hit my bumper. Will I lose my permit if I contact the company insurance or will they ask if I was licensed or not?

Since the other driver was clearly at fault for hitting your parked car, there should not be any issues regarding your permit and/or license.
You should file a property damage claim for the cost of repairs to your car with the at-fault party's insurance carrier.
