If my wife moved out wants to come back when ever she wants, can she be made to call first and not just show up?

Divorce not final; she pays half of mortgage until I buy her out.

You should file a motion with the court to give you exclusive use of the family home.  That would give you control over when she comes to the house.  It would also probably require you to pay the entire mortgage.
