What to do if my wife filed a domestic violence protection order on me?
I am currently on probation and she stated that I was drinking. She wants to drop it but the court wants to talk to us both. If I go to fight this, and I’m asked if I had/have been drinking if I were to admit to it, can they put me in jail?
