Who can be sued if a delivery driver/co-worker hit my truck and left the scene?
A co-worker hit my vehicle while leaving for a delivery. He didn’t inform me of the accident and left the scene but witnesses came in the store to tell me. I informed my boss and when the driver came back he sent him home for the day before the cops arrived. I gave the officer his name address and telephone number and the officer tried calling him and he kept avoiding talking to him.

You can sue the co worker who hit your vehicle. It would be a lot easier if you can simply make a claim with the co workers insurance company for the repair of the damage to your vehicle. If the person is still a co worker, it seems you should be able to get this information. If not, you can file a claim with your own insurance carrier and then let them pursue the other driver's insurance. Filing a lawsuit is expensive and time consuming and should be your last resort.
