How to decide in which state to file for a divorce?

I live in PA, my wife lives in MD and also has a DE address. Can I file for divorce in PA? We have been married less than 6 weeks and have nothing in both our names, except a phone bill.

You can file in the state of which you are a resident.  In PA, you can establish residency after 6 months.  You can also file in the state in which your wife is a resident of.
