Where do I find someone to help with deminished value in aDallas CountyTX auto accident?

I bouht a new KIA Soul, on Tues. evening, I drove it to work in Dallas County, TX.  Wed. morn, where somenone backed into it. How do I resolve this without losing money on my car? It olny had 15 miles on the car, and now I am affraid that the dealership will not give me a trade-in enough to get another new car. Who can help?

You are right that the value is diminished, but not because of the accident in Dallas County, TX.  As soon as you drive a car off the lot, it has lost a percentage of its value.  If it is not badly damaged, get it fixed, and I don't think you'll have any issues with trade-ins.
