If my employer learned I have a felony convection and said that I could no longer work in the same building because iwhere they store firearms, what can I do?

I don’t have access to that part of the building. ATF has told me as long as I don’t have access to that part then no laws are broken. How can I get my job back?

I suggest that you consult with a labor attorney with respect to the work related situation you are writing about and obtain a clearance from ATF setting forth the terms and conditions as to you in relation to firearm restrictions on ATF letterhead.

Once received and sent to your former employer on your attorney's stationery, the issue as to you and firearms should be resolved to the point where you hopefully can get your job back.
