When could I start receiving benefits for my injury?
I slipped and fell on my job but after that i quit my job. Now due to that injury, I have not been able to go back to work, and I even have a hard time cleaning my house. My doctor sent me back to work with limitations, and it has been hard getting a job like that. I have a case with a lawyer regarding this matter but being my first time I am not sure if i like the service they are providing me with. When I call with a question they tell me they will call me back with an answer and they don’t call me and I have to call them back. I have been injured since 2006 and i have not received any benefits.
