You haven't given the whole story.  What do you mean by "poor service"? Is the car defective? If not, did you buy the car "as is"?  If so, you may be stuck. 

Did you experience fraud in your sale in some form?

If so, contact the Virginia Bureau of Financial Institutions and see if that agency regulates your retail seller or sales finance company.  http://www.scc.virginia.gov/bfi/index.aspx
