If both the landlord and the tenant have lost a copy of the lease for a unit that you are presumably renting and you both want to have a copy, you and the landlord need to sit down and re-do another version of the lease the best you can from memory, date it sign it and each keep a copy of it with respect to the term of the lease you have.
