What was left to me and what am I entitled to when my parents passed away?

Because of my disability my brother was left responsible for whatever moneys were left to me, however once my parents both passed away I have not received the appropriate help from my brother. I feel that what he is doing is illegal and I want to know exactly what was said and written in the will. My brother has walked away with everything and left me in complete poverty, my young and old children have suffered as well and I want something done.

From what you have written about it seems as though your parents left monies for you in "trust" to be managed by your brother for your benefit. From what you have written it sounds as though he used such assets for his benefit as opposed to yours. Given this, I suggest that you consult with a Wills and trust attorney about a possible misappropriation action against your brother as a possible fiduciary under your trust.
