What visa options are there after the J-1 Graduate Visa?

I am a bit over half a year out to when my J-1 Graduate Visa expires, my company are willing to sponsor me to continue working with their company. I’ve heard of the H-1B visa and the green card options, are there any more?

The H-1B is really the most likely option for you to pursue after your studies end.  Keep in mind however, that the H-1B is a very oversubscribed visa category for new applicants and there is a lottery held for that every April so in order to get the visa, your application would have to be selected in the lottery before it proceeds to review on the merits.
