Was stoped by police at rest stop, walking behind the truck, truck driver gave a witness statement and police states it suspicious for soliciting. Police wrote down driver license, car number and asked me to drive away. No summons or anything else given.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do right now. All you can do is hoe that nothing happens. Keep checking your mail. Usually there si a statute of limitations on these crimes which is anywhere from 1-3 years. I would just wait and see what happens. the worst case is that you have to go to court and are looking at paying a fine at best.
