What to do if you purchased a condo through county auction and was never provided information about the HOA?

You are still bound by all the rules, must pay all the dues, etc. of the HOA. It is not the country's obligation at such an auction to inform you of the HOA; you had the capacity to do your own research or "due diligence" before the auction on the properties to be sold, so you could have determined about the HOA itself; and it's well-known that most condos have some sort of HOA, which puts you on notice to look into it. Under all these circumstances, whether or not you were provided information about the HOA does not matter.
