What rights do I have as a beneficiary over an estate in Georgia?

I am one of the beneficiaries over some land in
Paulding County Georgia and I was wondering do
I have a right to contact the listing realtor
agent and ask them if there has been any calls
on wanting to look or purchase the land?

No, you don't have the right to do this until the estate is settled, you get the land, and it is titled in your name. Before that happens, you are not the owner; the estate is. Since you are not yet the owner, you have no rights to seek information about the land. Only the estate's executor (if there is a will) or court-appointed administrator/personal representative (if there was no will) could seek this information, since that person manages the estate.
