What right do I have to have rent reduce if too many open house in month

My landlord is having open houses almost every weekend and is really disrupting
my life, my lease is over in 3 months.

You don't have any right to a rent reduction, because the law recognizes a landlord's right to market and show his or her property for sale using reasonable means. Open houses on the weekend (the traditional time for them) is a recognized and accepted way to market property; since the landlord has the right to do this, his/her having open houses does not entitle you to compensation.
