what kind of attorney can help me with my mortgage loan

I closed escrow on my house in June of 08 and now the mortgage company is saying I owe money from escrow and wants to change my bill. I got a 30 fixed VA.

I'm not sure why the mortgage company would do that, but before you hire an attorney, check with the title company.  They are sometimes a wealth of information regarding escrow accounts.  If that doesn't work, although we don't used attorneys for closings in California, there are real estate attorneys that can help with your issue.  Contact one in your area.  Check attorneypages.com or your local bar association office for names.
