There was a document signed between myself and the person of the other vehicle stating that he was going to pay for all damages. So now the owner of the vehicle I was driving is
talking about taking legal action. Can she sue me for anything?

If you were not at fault in the accident, the owner of the vehicle you were driving does not have any grounds to sue you for negligence.
She may have been referring to taking legal action against the at-fault party by suing that party for negligence for the property damage (cost of repairs) to her vehicle.
