What is required to sue a business for discrimination?
I have copies of my conversation with customer service where the representative stated that the company supports and agrees with the store fronts actions. Would the conversation be growns for me to sue? what other actions can I take to prevent this company doing the same to others. Can the company take a partal payment and then state that if the rest is not paid by end of day I will be sent to collections for the whole sum within 24 hours?

Under the laws of all states as well as federal law recognized protected areas of non-discrimination are those based upon race, creed, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender and religion. There are also statutes protecting "whistleblowers" from discrimination as well. Unless your matter falls within one of the above catergories (which it does not seem to) then you have no legal basis to file suit for discrimination against the company that you have written about.
