What is Missouri law? My tree fell onto my fence and parcially into my neighbor’s yard. What are my responsibilities.

While not admitted to practice in Missouri the law in most jurisdictions is pretty much the same on this, you would be responsible for damages to your neighbor's property.  For instance, replacing any shrubbery, or patio furniture, etc that was damaged as a result of the falling tree.  You would also be responsible for any personal injuries if someone was hurt.

Fortunately, it was your fence so you only have to pay for that if you choose to replace it.

Check your homeowner's policy to see if this situation is covered.
