A former employer may disclose anything--your salary, your job duties and title, your performance, whether you had any sorts of issues or complaints against you at work, etc.--that is not medical/health information or not prohibited by some sort of nondisclosure clause or agreement (such as might be in a separation agreement). As a general matter, but for the above, if the employer knows it, they may disclose or share it.
