What does “reasonably available” mean if buyer and seller cannot agree to a time for conducting a home inspection?
The seller is available after 1:00 pm and has been setting this time at all moments of the transaction. The buyer’s agent cancelled an appointment last week on Saturday, which was set for 1:30 pm without notice I should add. He is not demanding to come at 10:00 am this Saturday. BTW, the seller has family reasons for needing afternoon appointments.

There is no hard and fast definition; it is what the average "reasonable" person would consider acceptable. From what you write and in my experience, it is reasonable for the seller to require the appointment be after 1pm--that still leaves 4 hours (1 - 5) in the typical workday to get it done.
