What happens when the victims are not cooperating with investigators after making false sexual assault allegations?

My husband is being falsely accused of rape and attempted rape (figure that one out) and we have evidence he didn’t do anything. Anyway at his last court date they said the “victims” were not talking to investigator and hiding a family member from talking and even gave them the bird. What does that mean for his case?

If your husband does not have a criminal defense attorney representing him in this matter, he should. From what you have written, the witnesses and or victim seem not to want to cooperate with law enforcement about the case.

If the "victim" does not cooperate with law enforcement about the case, the chances of it going to trial seems somewhat remote. Good luck to you and your husband.
