A man has an arraignment date next month and is out on bail. He learned today of 2 new arrest warrants just filed against him. Now what does he do?

He needs to either turn himself in to the local police on those warrants, or go to the district court in which those warrants are located and attempt to do a walk in arraignment on the warrants to avoid being locked up or arrested.
