What happens if I shoplifted from a job I had then quit before they took action or found out about it?

A bunch of people got arrested already an I don’t know if I can be too. It was less than $100 of merchandise and I quit before they took action on me.

It is entirely possible that you could still be arrested for shoplifting from your former job. Just because you quit before others were arrested for shoplifting does not guarantee that you will not later be arrested for what you have admitted doing in your question.
