In your state (South Carolina) has several grounds for divorce, two of which may apply based on what you write. One is if he uses drugs as well as selling them, habitual drug use is grounds for divorce. Or if you live apart for a year or more, that allows you to file for divorce, so if he is imprisoned for over a year, once the one-year mark is reached, you can file.
